Q: let say everything is equal in all websites what is the best thing for seo if you can not change the content or website\ What is the best of the list below or if you have any better ideas? link building directory submissions PR PPC if need ?
A: I go with link building...Bcoz in SEO, if everything is fine with On-Page you can go for Off-page and a website needs slight push to get listed top in SEs. Moreover in Off-Page SEO, where ever you go & whatever you do, it finally ends up with "Link Building" (a.k.a Link Popularity) Hope you got it what i meant...!!! :)
